Here is a thought
Imagine you own a blocks of 4 flats in a good area that can produce rental income of N2M per unit annually. That would give you a total annual rental income of N24M from 12 units.
With N24M in annual passive income you can take care of most, if not all your living expenses. This is assuming you are living a reasonably modest lifestyle.
You might be thinking that this would require a lot of capital to achieve, you might be right, but the real question to ask is “does this sound like a good retirement plan worth working towards over the next 5 to 10 years?” After all Rome was not built in a day.
Now imagine that instead of owning just 3 blocks, you own 5 or 10 blocks. This way you can retire in comfort and abundance.
